Tacha narrated how and why she fired two of her drivers.
Tacha explained that she had to fire the first driver because he took one-way and her vehicle was impounded by LASMA.
She said after firing the first driver, she hired a second one who then began conniving with the gate man of her property to steal the premises fuel and sell together.
Tacha said that she only found out when the management of the property sent her a message asking for a meeting which was held on a Zoom call.
Using her experience, she warned other business owners to be careful when employing support staff so their business would not be ruined by them.
