Edwin Clark States why Abia, Imo. Ondo Should be removed from NDDC

The senior statesman (Edwin Clark) explained that the inclusion of Abia, Imo, and Ondo States in the 2000 NDDC Act was primarily for the sake of convenience. He went on to assert that their presence in the Act is a political anomaly.

As a result, Clark urged President Tinubu to draft a new bill specifically addressing the oil-producing states of Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Edo, and Akwa Ibom.
